How your request works

Last updated

We’re a referral and information service, not a contractor. A person reads every request. Referral partners are still being confirmed, so a request does not guarantee that a provider is available.

1. Tell us what you need

Start on the page for well drilling, septic, trash service, or dumpster rental. Tell us the service you need, your property town or ZIP, project details, and contact information.

Read the consent text before ticking the box. It allows us to review your request and share it with one independent provider for that service. That provider may pay us a referral fee. Your request is free, and you are not obligated to hire anyone.

We send one confirmation email per request. We never sell your details to lead lists, send marketing texts, or make automated calls.

2. We review it by hand

A person reads your request and reviews the service, location, and project details. Requests are not automatically forwarded. A provider must agree to receive referrals before we share a request with them.

Before referring to a well driller, we check the Missouri DNR well installation contractor permit. For septic installers, we check county certification and Missouri DHSS registration. Once a provider is signed, we show their permit number with a link to the official record.

These checks do not guarantee the work. You should still confirm the provider’s license and insurance yourself. If no suitable provider is available, we will tell you.

3. You decide

If your request is shared, the provider may contact you by phone or email about it. You decide whether to discuss the project or hire them.

We do not promise a match, multiple quotes, a callback, a response time, availability, or a price. We do not perform the work or guarantee its quality.

Utilities and Nixa trash

Electric and internet guides are information only. We do not accept utility requests.

Nixa curbside trash uses a city contract. For that service, we route you to the city rather than offer a referral form. See the trash service guide for the next step.

Read our disclosure and privacy policy for the fee and information-sharing details.
